This includes makers markets, pop-ups, product launches, and in-store happenings like live drawing sessions and tarot readings. Innovatively implemented new systems to streamline office processes, and took charge of daily order fulfillment, overseeing all web orders. Actively participated in sales meetings, providing valuable customer feedback to design and planning teams. Managed all aspects of sample lending and collaborated closely with the production manager to facilitate effective communication with factories and vendors. Coordinated marketing initiatives in conjunction with our warehouse manager, focusing on delivery dates, web product launches, and maintaining inventory integrity. Additionally, provided support to the Wholesale team in managing orders.

I consistently surpassed sales targets by successfully completing transactions for high-end apparel through various channels, including retail, phone, and email. Additionally, I managed the end-to-end process, handling order shipments, cultivating positive relationships with clients and vendors, and positioning the brand prominently in a diverse retail environment to enhance visibility and competitiveness. Commencing in 2014 as a key holder, I assumed responsibilities such as organizing, restocking, cleaning, and managing opening and closing procedures. My role extended to assisting customers with try-ons and selecting the right items. Additionally, I served as a representative for the IGWT jewelry line, facilitating custom orders for jewelry and engravings. My commitment to excellent customer service was evident in my assistance to individuals with various needs and inquiries.
